He began his career in the early 90's at Citibank as an analyst in Investment Banking. Later he became head of the Siemens Management Finance Argentina where he also undertook the assembly and development of Siemens Financial Services in Argentina.

Then he was summoned by Cisco Systems Argentina, to lead the Business Development of Cisco Capital in Latin America. In mid-2000 decided to start his career as an independent professional and develops, Ernesto Achaval & Associates, a developer of Real Estate and Business Limonati devoted to agribusiness.

His main role is to Project Management in Real Estate both abroad
and in Argentina, actively involved in all stages of management, from business analysis, through the integration and planning, to implementation and evaluation.

Cum laude, Executive Editor, Law and Policy in International Business, 1987. Gregory J. Spak practices primarily in the area of international trade regulation, representing foreign governments, exporters and US importers involved in trade proceedings.

He focuses on administrative, judicial and arbitral proceedings related to the implementation of trade remedy laws in the United States and in other jurisdictions. He also counsels private companies on compliance with export control laws and regulations.

He advises private companies and foreign governments on the rights and obligations arising from bilateral, regional, and multilateral trade agreements, and the disputes arising under those agreements.

He has been an active advisor on disputes before the World Trade Organization ("WTO"), in which he has advised parties in multiple phases of proceedings and has appeared in various hearings.

He works extensively in Latin America. From 1994-1996, he lived and worked as an attorney in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He was an author and co-author of several professional publications, and speaker at numerous international conferences. He is a current partner of White & Case in its subsidiary in Washington DC. He is also a member of American Bar Association.

He developed his career in the field of Agro-industry, carrying out the direction of several companies such as Cabaña Avícola Jorju, Molinos Tressor, Nutrovo and Laboratorios Gema. He led Argentina to the introduction and development of innovative technologies of German, Italian and Danish origin.

He evaluates the feasibility of agricultural projects, extensive planting, intensive production, the development of different types of feed mills (Feed grade) and plants producing food for human consumption (Food grade).

He planned and led from the Business Plan stage the newly creation and construction of Ovobrand, a global leader in the production of egg products to the international food industry and is now its General Director, CEO.

He worked for more than a decade as consultant and in the area of R & D of Alltech, and is also an international lecturer on topics of agribusiness and biotechnology applied to the intensive production of food-GMO and non-GMO.

He was a member of the Scientific Committee of the Chamber of Producers of the Poultry Industry.
